The people worldwide who fall into the categories below the poverty line, poor, working poor, and struggling middle class. But you never know if the categories I mentioned are required for the vote bank or on the way; someone in the government may get a chance to prove themselves a hero if able to solve some of the problems of the people. Because as long as a country and people living in the country exist, people in governments of any kind and some of the people in high rankings at least have decent accommodation to live in, required food and beverages, and all other facilities. Even if, in a country, people and children are dying from starvation.

তবে কিছু রাজনীতিবিদ খুব ভালোভাবেই বোঝেন যে, সব অপরাধ কেবল অপরাধীদের কারণেই ঘটে না, বরং এর পেছনে তাদেরও ভূমিকা থাকে। বিশেষ করে, প্রায় সব ক্ষেত্রেই কেবল নোংরা রাজনীতিই জড়িত থাকে না, বরং নানা ধরনের অপরাধের মাধ্যমে কিছু কর্মসংস্থানও সৃষ্টি ও বজায় থাকে। তাই যৌনতা-সংক্রান্ত কোনো মামলা যদি আদালতে গড়ায়, তবে সরকারের কিছু কর্মকর্তা ও আইনপ্রণেতারাও আইনি জটিলতায় পড়তে পারেন; কারণ জেনেশুনে বা অজান্তেই, বয়ঃসন্ধির আগে শিশুদের জন্য স্কুলে যৌন শিক্ষার ব্যবস্থা করা হয়নি। আর ঠিক এই একই যুক্তির ওপর ভিত্তি করে, কোনো বিচারব্যবস্থাই হয়তো কাউকে ধর্ষণের দায়ে দোষী সাব্যস্ত করতে পারবে না। বরং সব বয়সের মানুষের দ্বারা সংঘটিত যৌন অপরাধ প্রতিরোধের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় শিক্ষা যথাসময়ে প্রদান না করার দায়ে উল্টো সরকারের বিরুদ্ধেই মামলা হতে পারে। অন্যথায়, সরকারের বিরুদ্ধে করা মামলার খরচ কে জোগাত? করদাতারা। আর যদি কোনো দেশে যৌন সম্মতির বয়সসীমা ১৬ বছর হয়, অথচ ১৩ বছর বয়সী ছেলে-মেয়েরা প্রত্যক্ষ বা পরোক্ষভাবে অবৈধ যৌনকর্মে (বেশ্যাবৃত্তিতে) বাধ্য হয়, তবে কিছু মানুষের কাছে ওই বয়সী শিশুদের সাথে যৌন সম্পর্ক স্থাপন করাটা স্বাভাবিক মনে হতে পারে। এমনকি যেসব দেশে সম্মতির বয়সসীমা ১৮ বছর, সেখানেও অনেক ক্ষেত্রে ১৩ থেকে ১৫ বছর বয়সী মেয়েদের জোরপূর্বক আটকে রাখা হয়—অবৈধ যৌনকর্মের জন্য ভাড়া করা কোনো আস্তানার দেয়ালের আড়ালে খাঁচায় বন্দি করে। সুতরাং, এমন পরিস্থিতিতে সরকার এবং তাদের কিছু কর্মীর জন্য আইনি জটিলতা তৈরি হতে পারে, এমনকি তাদের সরকারি চাকরি বজায় রাখাও কঠিন হয়ে পড়তে পারে। কিন্তু এই সত্য জানার পর, বিশ্বজুড়ে মানুষ কীভাবে সেসব দেশ, তাদের জনগণ, সরকার, সরকারি কর্মী এবং তাদের অনুসৃত ধর্মকে মূল্যায়ন করবে? সেই প্রশ্নের উত্তর আমি আপনাদের সবার ওপরই ছেড়ে দিলাম। এখানে এসব লেখার কারণ হলো সব ধরনের যৌনকর্ম বা বেশ্যাবৃত্তির অস্তিত্বের বিষয়টি তুলে ধরা, যাতে সবাই বোঝে যে এর অস্তিত্ব থাকার কারণ হলো—মানুষ চাকরি বা কাজ করেও জীবনের ন্যূনতম প্রয়োজন মেটানোর মতো পর্যাপ্ত অর্থ উপার্জন করতে পারছে না, অথবা তাদের কোনো কাজ বা চাকরিই নেই এবং তারা গৃহহীন। কিন্তু যাদের কোনো চাকরি বা কাজ নেই, তাদের জীবনের ন্যূনতম চাহিদা পূরণের আইনি দায়িত্ব কার? আমার মতে, এটি সরকারেরই আইনি দায়িত্ব ও দায়বদ্ধতা হওয়া উচিত।
But some of the politicians understand very well that not all the crimes happened because of the criminals but also because of them too. Otherwise, who was going to pay to settle the lawsuit against the government? The taxpayers. And if in the same country age of consent is 16, but still even girls and boys of 13 years old directly or indirectly are forced into illegal prostitution, for some of the people it can be normal to have sex with the children of that age. Even in some of the countries where the age of consent is 18, still in many cases by force, girls between the ages of 13 and 15 may be kept hidden in cages behind the wall of illegal accommodation rented for prostitution. Therefore, under such situations and circumstances legally, things can get more complicated for the governments and some of their employees to keep even their government jobs. But after knowing the truth, how are such countries, their people, governments, some of the employees of the government, and the religion they practice going to get evaluated by the people living worldwide? I will leave that question for all of you out there to answer. The reason I wrote all these here is related to the existence of all kinds of prostitution, so everyone understands that all kinds of prostitution can exist too because people are not making enough money even by having a job or work to afford at least basics in life or do not have work or a job at all and are homeless. But whose legal responsibility is it to provide people just basics in life if they do not have a job or work? I think it should be the government’s legal responsibility and liability.

So, after having all kinds of information available for free on the World Wide Web, if Gen Z doesn’t evaluate almost everything on their own, including legal rights and tricks of the trade, while at the same time forcing the government legally to fulfill protesters’ legally valid demands, things can get worse. Especially if fulfilling the demands of the protesters are legal liabilities and responsibilities of the government to improve or perfect something to grow economically as well. Otherwise, instead of improving, things can get worse if even Gen Z tries to settle anything through violence. Because in case of violence, police or riot police have a legal right to use force, whether in self-defense or to enforce the laws. Therefore, if trying to settle or improve anything through violence or not obeying the laws while protesting, sooner or later protesters, including some of Gen Z can end up in jail, living on the street, dead, or in old age and may have to live in a car or where food, clean water, and accommodation are provided either because of donations or taxpayer money.
কিন্তু সততা ও নিষ্ঠার সাথে সবকিছু অর্জন করে আত্মসম্মান ও মর্যাদার সাথে জীবনযাপনের বিষয়টি কী হলো? অবশ্য যদি এমন পরিস্থিতি তৈরি হয় যেখানে মানুষের কোনো অংশগ্রহণ বা শ্রম ছাড়াই রোবট, যন্ত্র এবং প্রযুক্তির মাধ্যমে পার্থিব জীবনের প্রয়োজনীয় সবকিছু উৎপাদিত ও সম্পন্ন করা হচ্ছে—তবে ভিন্ন কথা। কিন্তু তা বাস্তবায়নের জন্য ‘জেন জি’ (Gen Z)-কে কেবল প্রয়োজনীয় সব ধরনের রোবট, যন্ত্র ও প্রযুক্তিই উদ্ভাবন করতে হবে না, বরং এই নতুন ব্যবস্থাকে কার্যকর করার জন্য একেবারে গোড়া থেকে সম্পূর্ণ নতুন এক অবকাঠামোও গড়ে তুলতে হবে। পৃথিবীতে বেঁচে থাকাকালীন স্বর্গীয় জীবন উপভোগের জন্য—অর্থাৎ জীবনের শুরু থেকে শেষ নিঃশ্বাস পর্যন্ত সব আবহাওয়াতেই প্রয়োজনীয় মৌলিক বিষয়গুলো বিনামূল্যে পাওয়ার—এটিই একমাত্র উপায়। অন্যথায়, জেন জি হয়তো অজান্তেই এমন কোনো ফাঁদ বা নোংরা রাজনীতির দিকে পা বাড়াবে, যার উদ্দেশ্য হলো কোনো মৃত বা অকার্যকর ব্যবস্থাকে কৃত্রিমভাবে টিকিয়ে রাখা। কারণ, জীবনের প্রায় সবকিছু ‘উপার্জন’ করার বিষয়টিতেই একসময় কিছু মানুষ আসক্ত হয়ে পড়েছিল।
But what happened to living with self-respect and dignity by earning everything in life with honesty and integrity? I mean unless for the earthly humans, everything is grown, manufactured, and done by robots, machines, and technologies without a requirement of human involvement and labor. But to make it happen, Zan Z not only has to invent all kinds of required robots, machines, and technologies but also needs a totally new infrastructure of everything built from scratch to accommodate the new system on the ground. That is the only way to have all of the required basics for free in all weather from the first to the last breath to live a heavenly life while alive on earth. Otherwise, knowingly or unknowingly, even Zen Z may be walking towards the trap and dirty politics to keep the dead or collapsed system alive. Because that is how some of the people got addicted to earning almost everything in life.

Otherwise, just having a job and work is not enough, and obtaining high marks in school may be only good for having admission to a particular college, not a guarantee of living a decent life. Especially having a kind and type of work that makes most or all of the workers sick in some way or even sooner or later ends up dead because of the diseases created by the type and kind of work someone otherwise has to do to stay alive. Even if someone became IAS, IPS, MBBS, or HAS extra, extra, or got appointed to any of the high-ranking posts because of the exam’s paper leak, still in the time and era of the World Wide Web, doing any government job didn’t remain as easy to do as before the availability of the World Wide Web for almost everyone.
