Any inaccuracies in size grant us the right to resize the digital image to fit the purchased advertisement space. In that case, www.nandverma.com and Mr. Nand L. Verma will not be responsible for any quality changes that occur after resizing.

Verma), is incorrect or if I disagree with how something was evaluated or implemented, it may be subject to refusal (though I hope I don’t have to do so). In the case of advertisement renewal at the updated monthly price, advertisers must contact us in a timely manner—ideally as soon as possible—after the price list for the following month has been updated. Otherwise, if an advertiser has purchased a particular advertisement and its space on a page, all advertisement space on an entire page, or all advertisements and their space on an entire website for six months or a year, they will be all set for the duration of their chosen period. Advertisers will not be able to purchase an advertisement and its space for more than a year.

Although we will make an effort to reach out regarding the renewal as soon as the new price list is finalized, you will need to provide your card number again, as we do not store card information in any form. Otherwise, the same advertising space may be allocated to someone else.

Advertisements that harm, exploit, or manipulate www.nandverma.com, its content, or its visitors in any form—such as containing malicious code or viruses—will be removed without prior notice as soon as they are detected. Paid money will not be refunded. Instead, legal action may be taken if any damage has been caused.

Since www.nandverma.com manually uploads advertisements as images on the website, they should not be blocked by advertisement blockers, nor should anyone be able to legally block them—unless they choose to disable image display in their browser settings by checking the “Don’t show images” option.

Before you decide to contact us to display your advertisement on a particular page, you acknowledge and agree with the page’s layout and the type of content available on it. However, sometimes, while editing or adding content to existing pages, adjustments may be made to maintain the appropriate distance between advertisements. These adjustments are made in the best interest of advertisers and to ensure optimal exposure for their advertisements. As a result, advertisements may be moved up or down on any page.

If, for any reason, an issue occurs where a page, multiple pages, or the entire website does not display as expected, the problem will be fixed as soon as possible. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

After making various arguments during a trial that lasted about two days—perhaps 17 years ago—even though I did not recover my investment and damages after five years, the corporation claimed losses and removed me from the board of directors and the business.

After that, I was no longer afraid of representing myself in court without lawyers. Because I observed that if judges are fair and you present arguments they have never heard from professional lawyers in certain types of cases, you never know—maybe some of them will exercise their judgment correctly. Otherwise, I don’t know what else to say.

But I do not recommend that anyone go to court without a lawyer. Representing one’s ego in court is unwise, and people may not realize how quickly things can change. It is always best to have the right kind of legal representation when there is no other option)
