So, lets start with the Word crime and its types and Nature. And while I am writing I will try to keep in mind about the legal wrangling or wrestling goes between these all, which otherwise may go unnoticed if argued or presented by some of the professionals in the same business. “OK, I am not saying, that whatever I am going to write is a legal advise and everyone should take this for guaranteed. Therefore, People rather should consider these all to understand few things more deeply and elaborately before reaching to any conclusion. Otherwise, the problem is, when something goes unnoticed the same can be used to mislead someone emotionally and feeling-wise. And when the same emotions and feelings reach at the particular level by not understanding or knowing something little elaborately, the same thing can become a cause of getting used in the front by a third party to save their whatever. And sometime beside all kinds of failures of the System can force legal responsibilities and liabilities in to injustice.
So, again for an Example: lets say one of your most favorite Celebrity or role Model endorsed a particular kind of Product in your State or a Country by advertising it with their Picture or whatever, and got Paid to do so in Millions of $ But that product turned out to be a fake, not genuine, fraud or not up to the mark as most of the People have expected. In that case People were so infatuated with their Celebrity emotionally and feeling-wise in some or all form, that they forgot their own responsibilities and liabilities. Because they were over taken by someone’s financial successes, therefore they forgot about the existence of the all kind of corruption and criminal activities in their own Village, Town,City, State, Country or Worldwide. Otherwise, someone’s Government or Government’s well fed Mafia may have found the easy way to extort money from the People who may have worked their whatever off through out their lives. So lets say, that someone Advertised an Apartment Building through the Celebrity by paying them some Money, but the same building came crashing down after few Years, because the Builder did not mixed the required ratio of Cement with the Sand and Garbles to make a profit. In that case it is not a Celebrities and Advertisers fault and problem. Because to make sure about everything while Building was built someone get paid for that with the Tax payers Money in the Municipal or Government. But everyone turned against the Person who Advertised the product or endorsed the product in Advertisement by filing a Lawsuit because they see their Wealth. But if I am not wrong legally People can’t do that. Because someone Advertised something which was legally available in the Market to use Locally, Nationally or Internationally. Therefore, Advertisers can’t be held responsible for anything neither the Celebrities or People in the Advertisement. Especially, while if in someone’s Town, City State or a Country factories of fake, fraud, corruption and crime exist everywhere. Otherwise if I am not totally wrong some of the Government’s departments and their Employees get paid with the Tax Payers Money not to let exist fake, fraud, criminal and wrong about anything beside corruption Locally, Nationally and Internationally. So after this legal argument cases related to the same should be closed. Not because someone being a Advertisers and Person in the Advertisements have a Wealth or Celebrity Status, but to correct the main problem in the System legally. Otherwise, someone in someone’s Village,Town,City,State or a Country may be serving a Food, Drinks and so many other products deliberately which can make Children and all kind of People sick. Whether to control the Population, or to make profit for some of the People while keep creating Jobs inhumanly to have a Government. And as everyone knows, that none of the Government and their Employees work for the People without getting paid, beside having a all other kind of Facilities.
So if Government and their Employees in particular Department have no idea about the existence of the factories of fake, wrong, fraud and criminal of something in their Area, State and a Country, or take bribe to let exist the same, then how it can be possible to verify the same by the Advertisers and People in the Advertisements? Now you all decide who can be held responsible legally to eliminate the root of the fake, fraud, wrong and criminal of something Domestically, Nationally or Internationally? Otherwise, God money can get shifted to the wrong People, those may be are Good only in one thing, to extort Money from the People those may have Worked very hard to earn that.

But think why someone may have did so inhuman and unpatriotic thing as a Builder to their own Citizens, Villagers, Town, City, State or a Country by not mixing the required ratio of the Cement with the Sand and Garbles? (Otherwise Building could have stand strong for two Hundred Years instead of collapsing or deteriorating with in few Years) Because the People whoever have made the Laws related to the Tenders auctions may not put any restrictions on the Minimum amount which Builders or any other whoever are required to fill by Law. Otherwise, someone in the Government must have calculated the all kind of cost to built a particular kind of Structure beside keeping some profit for the builder in mind too. In that case everyone should have made the decent God Money by doing everything right. Because by doing so, someone can’t fill less then a particular amount while applying to win a particular kind of Tender. Therefore, by Law minimum amount should have been set, so no one can go lower then that in their offer to win the Contract of something in auction or through Tenders. Now everyone should know, that who can be charged for the negligence or deliberate act to save and have Jobs for them self by putting other Humans lives in dangers or killing someone. Because Laws are meant for everyone to follow including for the Government and their Employees. Otherwise, hey, Ten Years old can make the Laws, run the Government and may also be able to write the Constitution too while making all kind of amendments in that. So, I think even in some cases it may not be legal at all to make an amendment if the statued of existed Laws conflict with that amendment. Otherwise, someone being a Law makers are creating more chaos and all kind of new Jobs for Lawyers but more burden for the Courts. And as everyone should know by now, that in the end damage and all kind of harm comes crashing down on innocents, hard working and honest People.
Because it may takes Years before the final decisions are made by a Court related to the case. In that case someone may need more worthless Lawyers, Justice System and Law Schools in their Town, City, State, Country or Worldwide instead of institutions of Technologies, Engineering and Science. Therefore, having all kind of rights are very Good, but if Citizens don’t know how to use them right legally to correct something, hey everyone knows the truth in the form of more Violence and blood shed on the streets. Therefore, I really don’t know and understand, that so far why some of the People in charge of something in Law enforcement didn’t pursue something in the Courts to stop which put their lives on the line in all kind of danger. What? I said still it creates Job. Yeah but doesn’t creating anything wrong means conflict of interest? So to me looks like either Law Makers and System are not doing their Job properly, or have no idea what they are doing. Otherwise if I am not wrong People in Law enforcement and some other Government Employees legally are responsible to stop any kind of Crime, corruption and fraud. Whether that crime or wrong of something exist in the Government and their System or on the Streets.
But if there are not any Work and Jobs, or People are not getting Paid for their Work well or not at all, doesn’t then someone should be held responsible legally in the Government to create crimes and chaos? Because if People don’t have Place to Live, Food to eat, Water to Drink beside not able to afford much or enough with the income whatever they earn with Honesty, Integrity and hard work, doesn’t then People got forced in to becoming inhuman, Violent and all kind of Criminals? But who’s Jobs is not to let such kind of circumstances exist in their Village, Town, City State, Country or Worldwide? Well, I guess in the Internet Age most of the People Worldwide should knows that for sure. But still look for what most of the People Worldwide are on the street with their support to have equal rights. What? Therefore, whenever I see around so many things those can be wrong, inhuman and illegal, I kind of feel standing alone when it comes to understand and evaluate something on the basis of facts and trying to find the right solution of the problems. Otherwise, I have no idea what to think about all kind of Educations, People and most of the Government and their Employees Worldwide. And look how opposition Party and the party in Power spend most of their times in the Parliament by keep blaming each other with speeches or shouting competition. Those, otherwise should be allowed only before the Election not in the Parliament. Because in the Parliament and legislative assemblies Local and Central Government should be discussing about the Life of Children in the School in their State or a Country. Especially, the ones those sits everyday on the Ground by wearing a tie under the School building which can collapse anytime. And look at some of your Local and National Media those even don’t have any idea about the existence of something very wrong under their nose neither ever have a any kind of conversation on the Television about the same. And most of the Citizens are fascinated or busy watching fictional character everywhere on the big and small Screen. Otherwise, in reality and real Life someone could have been got convicted by putting Children lives in danger beside the future of the State or a Country too.

But how come such a honorable truth can go unnoticed in a State or Country, especially the one which claims having the Brilliant Minds, Work force, Workers, Lawyers, Independent Media and a Justice System? What? I heard someone said something. Yeah, I said our State or Country also are rich in Culture, Tradition, Religion, Spirituality and Bravery. What? But to me looks, like either most of the People are totally Brain washed or Aliens control their Minds form the space with the invisible elector magnetic or whatever kind of waves. So I don’t think, that having few People on big Posts in the Central Government or being wealthy from someone’s State is going to make any difference at all. Because most of the time wealthy People will move aboard, or their Children will steady abroad and someone will enjoy a life well after the retirement. But most of the People and their Children will remain in the same horrible Conditions of all kind. Whether educationally or as a living standard. Therefore, most of the Humans Worldwide may don’t have any idea about the definition of all the crimes, criminalities and their roots. Therefore, not a Good idea at all getting played for something by a third party emotionally and spiritually. Oh my, still someone giving away all the Jewelry made out of Diamonds, Gold and Silver to their priest or whoever after the death of their Family members which the dead Person use to wear while alive? Especially, while these all are very expensive to buy and someone have to give some of the same to their Daughters before they get Marry. Although, I am very spiritual but not that spiritual. Therefore, I also do believe Spiritually, Religiously and Godly, that few things can’t be fixed just being a Spiritual, Religious, Holy and being non Violence. Because, if someone going to attack someone Physically, without defending them self someone can end up dead. And if dead Person use to wear a Tons of Jewelery, you all know who is going to get rich after their Death being a none violence. So, sometime believing in something can be totally false, fake and full of illusions. Because look at the security of most Spiritual, Holy and Religious People in the World, beside the amount of God Money of Tax payers get spend to protect someone’s beloved Politicians or whoever. What? I heard someone said something. I said, I have my own Private Security. Well, well well I don’t have any idea what to write about many things. But by writing these all, my purpose is not to offend, harm or damage someone in any sense and form. But the same time I want to make someone aware about, that if their Mentality and believes are constructing a very dangerous futuristic World for their own Children beside the People those lives in someone’s Village, Town, City, State or a Country? So, if that question will arise in someone’s Mind, hey someone being a Human always have a option to choose and think something right. But the same time it is not a good idea making some kind of irrational and Violent decision to harm someone Physically in any sense. Especially if the Person who calculated or evaluated something wrong because of their in-capabilities not purposely. Oh Hell, then, again things comes down to the same thing, that if it was a deliberate act of someone or someone did something wrong and criminal because of their in-capabilities? But who chose some of the People in Government in many Villages, Towns, Cities States and Countries Worldwide to make their lives better? Do I have to explain that again too? Therefore, I think when all kind of Chaos reach at the particular level, one party may end up dead without solving anything. And the other will end up in the Jail to increase all kind of expenses on the People, those are already struggling financially by keep feeding everyone well in Jails and Government. What?
I said someone need at least a Five Thousand $ for the Funeral too. Otherwise, those People make all kind of God Money by making Movies or short Stories on the People sitting in Jail should be libel to pay all the expenditure of Jails. What? I said I already Pay Forty to Sixty Percent in Taxes and still they want more and more. That means we need more Customers and correction Facilities. Correction Facilities? Yeah. But what? I thought correction Facilities means where someone be on hold to correct something in them instead of ending up in a Jail. No, no in here we call Correction Facilities for the Jail. Oh, I see. Mumbling, Looks like too late to correct something in correction Facilities. Especially, if no way out until Death even after getting correct something in correction Facilities. What the whatever? Actually if someone is little emotional and sentimental, then most of the things in Humans World will make them sad. But still most of the Humans Worldwide are proud of their whatever. So, If I am not totally wrong, someone can do and change something right for the sake of Humans and Humanity only, if they have a Good Lawyers and Judges in the Justice System. Especially the ones those don’t only make decisions on the basis of just by looking on the Nature of the Crime, but also have a ability and courage to think, that what could have forced someone being a Humans in our Society, Village, Town, City, State or a Country to commit a such inhuman, cruel and horrific crime? Because only then main root of the Problem can be reached and corrected. Otherwise, business of Poverty, Illiteracy, Fraud, Corruption and Crime will go on and on as it has been so far in most of the Villages, Towns, Cities, States and Countries Worldwide. Because if wrong of anything will Win, Survive and Live well, true meaning of Freedom, Democracy, Justice, Humanity, Religions, God and Spirituality may not exist in the future and reality at all.

Although, for many People and Students thinking so may sounds out of the Text Books, but may be this is the only truth. Because, if something right doesn’t exist in everyone’s mind and Life as a Mentality and believes, or they can’t afford to do so, everyone can be vulnerable to have a unthinkable tragedies sooner or later in their Lives even after having everything or more then enough. So, sometime to reach and understand the roots of the Crime and Criminalities can be little bit difficult to evaluate right for most of the People. But without understanding it right nothing can be corrected neither anything can be perfect from head to toe except few whatever.
What? I heard some straight Male said something in a old Voice. Yeah, I said you are right, because nothing seems to be perfect from head to toe in the World, except some of the Females in tiny mini Bikini festival, or the one those in the Internet Age and Era have started to do the same from their own Room from all over the World to present them self in front of the all Males through out the World. Actually, in some way it can be beneficial financially and Mentality-wise for some Adult Girls, those otherwise may have so many insecurities about their Physical beauty. Because after looking at the Millions of hits in few days on their whatever, someone must be free from some or all kind of insecurities related to their Physical Beauty. Beside this if working Honestly with the integrity can’t afford much then what is wrong? But still someone got forced to do something which otherwise they don’t. Mumbling, looks like many Marriages can be in trouble if someone got caught. What? No. Because most of the time Married Males are fully prepared, so they can say I am trying to buy one Bikini for you my only love, but so far I can’t found anything suitable for your incredible whatever. So, if someone called someone in the School ugly looking B”””””””, it is not a Good idea getting upset or uploading few things on the Internet right away to prove something, that now tell me, B* who is ugly? Because I have Millions of hits in one days on my whatever. Otherwise, my suggestion is not to use vulgar words in the Videos to have more hits from Worldwide during conversation or while talking about something. Because now most of the People knows about some of the rap Lyrics to enjoy whatever. So, I think most of the Parents directly or Indirectly should keep Eyes on their Children, that what they are dealing in real life by posting something on the Internet. Whether to fight, prove or learn something. But if most of the Parents in someone’s Family, Villages, Town, City, State, Country or Worldwide are busy consuming Crack, Alcohol or any other stuff in tons to get high, hey Children can be their own. Beside this if Parents have to do Two Jobs to raise their Children, still situation can be the same. And if someone’s Parents are are dead Poor or can’t find the Job still Children can be their own. But then why such Parents have to Born Children? Well, everyone should have a little idea about that by now. Especially the ones those may read Journey of Life. But one thing is for sure, that these all can add up to all kind of Chaos, Crimes, inhumanity and Financial liabilities for everyone.
Otherwise as everyone knows, that mostly Children use few things very often to each other in most of the Schools like, you are Ugly, Skinny or Fat, no one like you and everyone hates you. Therefore, I am not sure, that when something become a concern for some of the Parents or whoever while their Children are under particular Age and may be dealing with so many things. Otherwise, looks like it is not a crime neither exploitation for the Modeling Agencies while stripping even a fourteen Years old Girls down to just Bikinis before hiring or after someone got hired. What? I heard someone said something. Yeah, I said what about us who Plays football ( but they are using only hands ) in Bikinis? Well, I think I need to take a closer look to comment on that. Because on the Internet sometime few things can be misleading or not genuine and original. What? I heard some Children said something. Yeah, I said my Mom look very whatever while playing a football in Bikini. Mom? Yeah. Well, Well, Well. Looks like so many things have been changed with in few Years. Anyway, sometime living and affording something on a Minimum wages is not fun at all. Therefore, I have no idea what to say and who to blame while Children under the Age of Eighteen either are legally allowed to do so many things Publicly or someone want to show their talent on the Internet by wearing few things for many reason. Because, sometime doing so can be dangerous for the Females of any Age. Especially the ones those lives in a Village, City, State or a Country in which the interpretation of the same get evaluated by the Males in a sense, that if any Females are dressed in a particular kind of dress may be looking for a Sex. Which otherwise, thinking so can be totally wrong. Although, nothing is Private and Personal while it is on the Internet for all to see, hear or watch. But still there is a big difference between being walking around on the streets or beaches by wearing a Bikini or posting the Picture or Videos of the same on the Internet.

Otherwise because of the requirement to move every part of the Body freely may be for the Females in sports wearing a particular kind of cloths can be compulsory. And the same thing should get applied when it comes to all kind of Entertainment industries. Therefore, in the end it all comes down to the self control with in Boys or Mens. Otherwise all kind of Nudity of Females can contribute to the Crime.
But like I wrote above, that sometime it can boost someone’s confidence related to their Physical beauty while posting something on the Internet related to the same. Otherwise worldwide lots of Females can be very insecure about their Physical beauty. And because of that some of them may will do so many wrong things or will get depressed. “OK, I am not recommending posting something nude or semi nude on the Internet by a Female, especially those are under the legal age in their State or a County. Otherwise, I think after Eighteen in most of the Countries Worldwide there is nothing much legally someone can do to stop someone about many things. Even if they are their Parents. Beside this after Eighteen, most of the People try to find someone right, whether to have some kind of Physical relationship or to settle down with someone for a Life. Otherwise as everyone knows, that to have a some of the relationship with other Humans Physical beauty doesn’t matter. But in few case everyone knows about the Completion or requirement about Physical Beauty. Whether in real Life or on the Internet. Hey, I am not saying anything, because everyone have their own choice about whatever. Looking around, who is laughing? Hello, you better be serious in time. Oh my, look at the competition. So, I guess as long as something is legal and requirements are to find and have something right, nothing much someone can do to stop someone. Because, after particular Age, especially Females have a right to live a happy and healthy life with the Male of their choice to have a Family or whatever without their Parents. So, for some of the Parents few things can be little tricky or out of their whatever to understand, that why their Children are doing few things on the Internet? Especially, the ones those grew up without a Internet. Hello, some of the Parents may got Married at the Age of Thirteen or before Eighteen. And few of them may have pushed their Daughters in a all kind of Garbage by marrying her for their own benefits and profit. Therefore, I really can’t say anything generally about few things when it comes to occurrence of differences between Parents and their Children because of the all kind of activities on the Internet. Whether to find something right or to escape the toxic, unusual, wrong or criminal atmosphere at Home while living together. So, all I can say, that after particular age everyone want something right, happy and healthy in their lives. Because according to the age and circumstances requirements of everything keep changing. Therefore, if everyone is happy with their lives, no one should have hard feelings about anything. Whether someone have a normal relationship with each other or someone choose not to have any kind of relationship with their whoever for the Good. And when it comes to Sex and Sexuality I was talking about between Men and Women. Because I don’t know much about Sex and Sexuality between other Genders or whoever. But in the end everything comes down to the same thing, that if all kind of changes are making someone’s Family, Village, Town, City, State, Country or a World better place to live or things are getting worse.
So, I guess these days all the Humans Worldwide learn many new things everyday because of the Internet, those otherwise wasn’t a option for most of the People Worldwide. Therefore, many things related to the nudity for so many People Worldwide can be very normal and not unusual. For an Example: those People lives by the Beach or go everyday to the Beach for them particular kind of nudity can be normal then the People those for many reasons don’t see the same things wherever they live or grew up on daily basis. Looking around, oh my, even taking a holy dip while fully covered with the Cloths from head to toe, and going Home or walking down on the streets by wearing the same wet Cloths? Therefore, in reality Humans only Physically are structured similarly with the same organs and Body parts, otherwise Mentality-wise now everyone should know the difference. But, when particular kind of Mentality become a Crime and criminalities? Well, Generally, it is very difficult to define and explain that, but having a right conversation and discussion about something or many things can totally change anyone’s Mentality. Otherwise the same time wrong about the same can lead to all kind of disasters too.

So, again things comes down to few very Brilliant and honest People Worldwide. But the problem is, they are kind of, what they call? Thinking, sign of old Age, I forgot the Word, yeah in the list of endangered species. But why? Because of the rise of all kinds of Crime and Criminalities, whether because of having a wrong Government and System in place or because of the inhuman Mentality and its action in most of the Humans Worldwide. But Government and System can’t be there for everyone with the stick. Especially, when it comes to raping Children and Females by a Males those are well aware of the crime, criminal and inhuman Nature of the same. Beside this related to the same if someone or anything in someone’s Family, Village, Town, City, State, Country or Worldwide keeping or setting up many things deliberately to victimise and criminalising innocents for their own benefits and profits. Oh my, after doing so, still some Males think that they are the real Men? So, if in time People Worldwide don’t think about few things seriously by becoming one in the sense of Humans and Humanity, in the future many things can get more worse for most of the People Worldwide. Therefore, I think it is very very important to understand very common things elaborately before being getting used by a criminally very smart or dumb whoever in the front to resolve the mess which otherwise they have created.
And be careful before suing some of your Celebrities to extort some Money. Especially, if they endorse the product in the Advertisement which already exist in the Market legally. Otherwise, sometime legally few things may doesn’t stop there, because on the same basis counter Lawsuit can be filed against the accuser by their favorite Celebrity or whoever. Therefor, definitely not a good idea to accuse the wrong Person for the things about which they can’t be held responsible legally. I think, I have wrote somewhere before too, that because of the existence of the Internet, many People those are not professionally involved in the profession of Laws and Justice still can argue anything so effectively. Which can put Laws, Justice System and professionals related to the same back in to the Primary School in many States and Countries Worldwide. But if I am not wrong happening so in a way can be very Good too.
Otherwise everyone should know by now, that what will happen to a particular State or a Country sooner or later, if all the Injustice, Fraud, Crime and Criminals will exist everywhere? What? I said no one will buy someone’s Goods and Bond, and because of so someone’s State or Countries value as a whole can drop immediately. So, in that case if someone can’t sell their Bonds, Government will not get any loan. And the Government who run everything on the basis of the same will collapse. Oh my, then what is the use spending so much God money on the security of few things? What? I can’t hear you. I said to listen the speeches. But even most of them are written by a speech writers. See, even I didn’t know such a confidential whatever until the time I bought Computer and the same Computer got connected to the Internet somehow. Mumbling, looks like one Politician ( I am not going to Name) took something from my Website to add in his speech to win next Election. Hello, you have to pay for that. Not free for that purpose. Well, you don’t have to pay from your Pocket, because it should be legal to pay for the same from, thinking what they call? Funds got raised to win the Election. Otherwise, if someone got something for free to win the Election, someone are going to have wrong Government again, and I need to start doing House keeping again. Anyways. Very bad smell in every Room and House in the Winter time. Because all widows are closed to save some money in heating Bill. Man, everywhere stinks, especially even if someone Cook the food in the House.
Otherwise, looks, like in the future there are going to be a so many me too, me too, me too about everything everywhere. No, never. Sure? Yeah very sure. Good. I hope by that time some kind of War will not break out. And if something like that will happen, it will not be right and Good for anyone. Yeah, but People’s mind will get diverted away from the real problem for many Years. Because everything may have to start from the scratch. Now what do you all think People of the World? Hey, take your own time to think seriously, no rush. Otherwise, rush time in the Subway is no Good in some of the Cities. Man, some of the Females are really brave while traveling in the Subways. Looks like no Sexual harassment in here. Thinking, what they call these People on the subway Platforms, those Push People inside the Subway Trains to shut the Doors? Otherwise, Subway Train will never Move. Hello, I can’t breathe in here. What? I said but still we don’t have a pick pocketer in our Country neither any Sexual harassment Lawsuit nor any Female is beating a Male with her Shoes. Yeah, that is really amazed me for sure. What? I said nothing to be amazed, because that is why our Electronic items are the best in the World. But look at your Country no quality items.
