Enjoy the pictures above, by Mr. Nand L. Verma! I feel like pricing picture above at 1 million USD. What do you all think? Because I love the way everything in the picture comes together—from the slightly cloudy sky, the fog weaving through the landscape, the greenery, and the way sunlight touches the fog and parts of the scene. Although, when I saw this landscape below from my room’s window, I ran as fast as I could to the balcony to capture the picture before the scene disappeared forever. Still, I was able to preserve some part of this moment.
Actually still, I am planning to build a 2 km long and 1,000 feet wide town, on top of a hill as part of the same is shown below in the picture. This town would be unique, something that does not exist anywhere in the world. It would include two temples for local deities and more. What? I said, otherwise some of the local deities may not let build something above their temple but other people can. Well, I heard that but didn’t conform officially from deities. Until then something doesn’t sound coming from the deities that who worship them, they can’t build anything something above their temple, but others can. Otherwise, it is fine with me if deities say, hey if you want to build that 2KM town above our temple, make our temple too. Otherwise, times of Kings have gone longtime ago. Especially when if not belonging from the royal family but still someone wear even ear rings made out of Gold, and during festival seen by King and Queen of that area, some of them may say, if villagers wives and children are going to wear ear rings or any other jewelry made out of Gold then what our royal family members are going to wear. Yeah, I consider that very ill mentality. Although, still because of bad Lawyers villagers are discriminated, because big cities come first when building even transportation system, providing high speed internet and extra, extra. Anyway, now beside 2 KM towns on top of the hills includes a world-class cricket stadium below the road as well.
But the problem is that now the project requires at least $30 billion USD (about 2,719,860,000,000 Indian rupees, or roughly 3 Lakhs Caror, to 5 Lakhs Caror Indian Rupees). Plus, money to build an underground Maglev subway from Chandīgarh to all over the Himachal for people and all kinds of Goods to reach fast even in monsoon and snowy winter. Because necessity comes first and luxury later. What? I said, in some cases, from the underground subway or Metro station to reach at the top of the hill may need 1 to 15 KM highspeed elevator. Don’t worry, I already figured out about that too, even if some of the responsible people in armed forces think that tank can’t be on the top of the mountains. Hello, use Helicrane and drop wherever you want them. Looking around, who is laughing? Yeah, I am laughing because they didn’t build Helicrane. Well, then unfortunately if still war starts, everyone should know what can happen.

Otherwise, look at the disaster in Himachal during winter when snow is not even 2 feet, tourists stuck in their vehicles on the roads for days, especially when businesses in the area have a time to make money. So, if not having financial losses in the USA before 2000 as well as in India before 1982, I would have started the project on top of the hill of Theog right after the year 2000 of before 1990. Even before 2000, there were maybe only two houses on top of the hill and no concrete buildings nearby and above the road, not even any concrete building in the villages. Land prices were reasonable too.
What? I said, but in February 2026, you (Mr. Nand L. Verma) have only 7,000 Indian rupees available in your bank account to spend. See, these days, many people worldwide may even know your bank balance. I am still waiting for my 11,000 rupees tax return from the Indian government (deducted from interest earned in the bank) and 13 months of pending Social Security payments from the U.S. government, plus some money from last year.
So, who knows if the local deities truly have divine power, (hey, after that you all may make tons of money too) they may help me (Mr. Nand L. Verma) get that kind of money. Not only local deities, but all the gods and goddesses of the “Land of the Gods,” in Himachal, because the project could expand throughout the state. Because only then State can look as a whole “Land of the Gods” What? I said, otherwise, shanty towns almost everywhere. You can be right. So, still let’s see who rises and who falls. What? I said, unless from “Gods of the Land Himachal” all the Gods and Goddesses had moved to USA, Europe, UK, Canada or wherever. Well, well, well, looks like nothing is going well even in so they call developed nations including in the countries I have mentioned. In that case you never know may be Gods and Goddesses get transferred to parallel universes or get suspended until further notice.
Looking around—who is laughing? Be serious, please. I even started a website just to pass time when in USA I had no job, no bank balance, and almost $40,000 in debt. Anyway, still I got through from that debt trap by paying the settled amount once. Mumbling……stil I own not only www.nandverma.com but almost all the displayed contents on it. Otherwise, if people can’t think something their own by using their brain and brain power, planning of totally different can’t take place, therefore, it is practically impossible to build something that doesn’t exist in a state, country or worldwide. In that case, even after 2000, for1.5 billion people, looks like some governments, some of their employees and politicians still are trying to build what the USA, UK, and Europe built 20, 50, 100, or 150 years ago for the populations between 30 million to 350 million. Therefore, it’s not only a wastage of taxpayers’ money but also not building something better than other countries to get valued financially more than them as a whole country. I said, in hindi they call Naatti for shorties. Whatever. Otherwise, if Somone’s parents are short their children may not be taller than them. No, laughing please. The picture displayed above is a part of Las Vegas, U.S.A., and as always, here’s some more to read to keep you entertained. Actually, what happened during COVID time was that I was living alone in Las Vegas, U.S.A., in a small studio apartment. The apartment was approximately 250 sq. ft. with a very large bathtub (about 4 feet wide and 6 feet long), a large closet, plus a decent kitchen for me. It had enough space to fit a king-size bed, an all-purpose table, and a few chairs. There was 24/7 running hot and cold water, a wooden floor, and an air conditioning cum heating system.
One day I had to wake up early in the morning to use the toilet and bathroom. After that, I thought I should not go back to bed again to avoid a headache, because I noticed many times that if I went back to sleep after waking up early, I sometimes got a mild headache. Therefore, instead of sleeping for a few more hours, I decided to make a cup of tea with milk (Indian style). But after opening the refrigerator and freezer door, I found I was out of milk. That day, for some reason, I was not in the mood for black tea. Besides, I had noticed before that after drinking black tea many times, I felt like vomiting or throwing up. So, to buy a gallon of milk, I had to go to the deli located just 10 minutes round trip from my apartment. In the U.S.A., they call a grocery shop a “deli.” In some, you may also find coffee, tea, salads, and sandwiches. It is not considered a supermarket or that big, but you can still find almost everything—groceries, vegetables, fruits, all kinds of alcohol, and more.
After stepping outside the apartment door, I found the sky looking a little red. I took out my phone from my pocket and took the picture. Altogether, everything in the picture looked good to me. Well, I am not sure if whoever looks at the pictures I like will also like them. Anyway, in that case, no hard feelings. I am not going to feel bad or hold any grudges.
What? now, I am asking: how much does that studio apartment in Las Vegas cost to rent per month, and what are the landlord’s requirements to qualify for renting? I am going to write about the same below.
Well, actually before moving to Las Vegas, I was working and living in a motel and hotel owned by the same owner in upstate New York, not very far from the Canadian border. In that area, winter is very, very cold and may start from September and last until May. If in winter someone has to stand outside without proper clothes and shoes, that person may freeze to death within half an hour. Even inside the house or room, having a heating system is a must to stay alive. Because when I used to go out in the morning to put the trash bag in the container just 200 feet away from the door, my hands would freeze within a minute or two. In that case, if someone had to open the door by inserting a key, it would not be possible.
It happened to me many times when I was living in Cambridge near Harvard University. After finishing my shift (11 am to 11 pm) at a very, very busy restaurant around 11 p.m., I had to walk for 10 to 15 minutes to reach the apartment building. Even after wearing gloves, many times my hands got so cold that I was not able to insert the key to open the main door of the building. In that case, if the security guard was not inside or no one was entering or leaving the building, by standing outside the door you could freeze to death. There were no cellular or smartphones at that time. Fortunately, someone opened the main door of the building, and I got inside. Inside the building it was warm because the heat was on, but still I had to wait for about half an hour to warm up my hands before I was able to insert the key to open the apartment door. After getting into the apartment, I washed my hands with hot water to bring them back to normal faster. Believe me, after that I almost cried because it was so painful. Anyway.

n the U.S.A., if someone wants to move from one city to another or even lease an apartment in the same city, as I remember, the renter must have a job with an income at least three times the rent. But if there are other monthly financial liabilities, then the income should be higher. While working and living in a motel and hotel in upstate New York near the Canadian border for about one and a half years, something happened and I had to leave the job. Anyway, I didn’t plan to work there for so long, but still, I not only stayed but also saved enough money to live for two years even without a paid job. Otherwise, I was supposed to save at least $60,000 USD in one and a half years. To make that happen, I had to work at least 16 hours a day, 7 days a week. For me, that was not a big deal. Especially while working in a motel and hotel, during free time we were allowed to sit down and relax. Although, while working at the front desk, I used to handle not only breakfast but also many other things too. Yes, only one person at the front desk. Motels and hotels usually had approximately 65 rooms to more than 100, so it depended on where you were assigned to work.
After I had to leave the job, first I thought of calling a roommate with whom I used to live in Queens, New York, before moving to upstate New York for a paid job, to ask if he had a room to rent. But then, for some reason, I didn’t feel comfortable doing that. Instead, I started to look for my own apartment. Then I thought, how about moving to another state or to Las Vegas? I began searching for a cheap studio apartment just for myself in Las Vegas. Although Las Vegas is a very small city compared to the ones I lived in in India and the U.S.A., still, before renting and moving to another state, you have to make sure the area you are leasing or renting is not full of crime and criminals. Therefore, I was checking the world wide web to see how much rent I would have to pay monthly.
In the end, for some reason, I decided to move to Las Vegas, even though I didn’t know anyone there and had never been. I called one of the numbers I found on the internet to rent a studio apartment in Las Vegas, I think for $550 monthly, with electricity and water included in the rent. So, I had to pay only $550 USD a month. If I remember correctly, the lady in Las Vegas asked me if I had a job letter from an employer in Las Vegas showing that I earned three times more per month than the rent, without having other monthly financial liabilities. Besides this, I had to sign a 12-month lease. I said I didn’t have a job letter, and I wasn’t coming to Las Vegas to work. Then she asked me why I was coming to Las Vegas. I replied that I had to work on a website. She said, “But still, we want to make sure that without any job or income you will be able to pay the rent.” I replied, “So if I pay 12 months’ rent in advance?” She said then there should not be any problem.
Anyway, long story short, after arriving in Las Vegas by air, it took about 45 minutes in a cab from the airport to reach the renter’s office. I paid almost $100 for the cab. For some reason, by that time, I was exhausted or dead tired.

But still, I had to sit in the renter’s office for about 5 to 6 hours before getting the key to the studio apartment, after paying more than $8,000 USD in advance to live there for 12 months. Yes, the rent jumped from $550 USD to, I think, $625 per month because they upgraded the size and type of the studio apartment. Although I didn’t need that, I still kind of liked it. And after the 12-month lease expired, I stayed there for another year during COVID without signing a new lease. In that case, the rent again jumped to, I think, $725 a month. I was thinking, “Hello? As I didn’t get any COVID money from the U.S. government, even though I qualified, I am paying everything from my pocket.” What? I said, maybe for some reason the U.S. government was hoping for you (Mr. Nand L. Verma) to be dead during COVID. Some reason? Hello, I wasn’t worth $40 trillion USD or $280 trillion USD, so after my death the U.S. government wouldn’t suddenly become debt-free to take more. Otherwise, if someone were worth $280 trillion USD, $40 trillion might have to be paid in taxes.
What? I said, after opening my third eye, it told me that for some reason after June 2019 many people were hoping for you (Mr. Nand L. Verma) to end up dead. Maybe it was a faulty reading. Anyway, whatever you and your third eye say, I not only survived COVID but am still alive in March 2026. Although, since living in India, I feel like I am not dealing with normal people or the people I have known since childhood, and I face very unusual things even in old age. Otherwise, without getting married by now in India, I should have had a 4-year-old child for sure with one of my imported white and blonde, 5 feet 9 inches tall from head-to-toe heavenly beautiful girlfriend. Not sure if in old age I shrank from 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 8 inches. Hey, being young, she has the option to marry a man of her age (25 years old) anytime. Mumbling… No oldies and shorties, please. Looking around—who is laughing? Hello, I am not joking.
Otherwise, I thought I was going to leave Las Vegas in March 2021. Therefore, there was no use in signing another 12-month lease by paying more than $9,000 USD again in advance from my own pocket. So, if someone thinks that once you are in the U.S.A. you are going to be in heaven, you are dead wrong. I found that not only tragic for a country like the U.S.A. but also for the American people. Otherwise, the U.S.A. has almost everything for 2 billion people to live heavenly, but in the time and era of the worldwide web, everyone knows the truth.
In Las Vegas, very close to the building shown above in the picture, there is a U.S. Air Force base. One day I almost fell from my bed because a fighter jet flew just over the apartment building. Yes, they should move that Air Force base behind the sand mountain and make a tunnel maybe a kilometer long under the mountain to reach Las Vegas within 5 minutes to party. The same thing they should do with the Las Vegas International Airport to reduce pollution and noise caused by all kinds of air traffic. What? I said, otherwise keeping any armed forces anywhere in the city, in case of war while targeting armed forces and their basis, civilian will die for sure as well. Otherwise, if someone is not rich or filthy rich or tight in budget but still want to visit Las Vegas should be able to rent the studio apartment for two by paying year rent in advance. And if someone can’t afford eating Food in the restaurant neither having dring at the bar, can cook food in apartment and buy an alcohol and drink at home just spending less than $500 a month. Monthly bus pass with unlimited rides should cost $100 USD. Looking around, one young and beautiful lady sitting in the bus looks like one of the actresses I know from Hindi movie. Hello there, wanna have some fun? Anyway, many 100% copies of duplicates. I hope mine doesn’t exist. So, 2 people can live for a year in Las Vegas just spending $20,000 USD. I think there should not be any problem renting studio apartment or any accommodation if tourist pay rent in advance and have valid visa. But still, it is always good to make sure.
